Meet Our Founder

Hi! My name is Kira, but you can call me Ki. I'm so happy you're here! After more than 15 years as a Mental Health professional, I found myself burnt out and desperately needing a change.

Here I was, a strong, capable woman that felt alone, overwhelmed and unseen. I know something was wrong, so I decided to get some help. Turns out, what I thought was undiagnosed ADHD was actually anxiety and depression. I was terrified! After digesting the diagnosis, I decided to change my life. And here we are!

I am a certified life coach, public speaker, writer, entrepreneur and wife, but my favorite title is Mommy!
